By booking your place at this event your are entering into a binding agreement.  Please note that payment is still required for any booking that is cancelled after the cancellation date.  We will confirm your booking within two working days.  If you do not receive confirmation within this time, please contact us to confirm your booking.

If you cancel on or before Friday 23 October 2009 a full refund is given. If you cancel after Friday 23 October 2009 no refund is given.
 
PLEASE NOTE it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the venue or the date of the Event. 
 
Cancellation of the Event 

In the event that the Elektra Awards 2009 are cancelled by the Organisers, a full refund will be made of any booking fees paid. However, if the Event is postponed for reasons beyond the direct control of the Organisers, this booking will be transferred to the revised date of the Event and all these Terms and Conditions shall apply to any such transferred booking.

You are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance, as we will not accept any liability for travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of a possible event cancellation or postponement. In any event, the Awards Secretariat will not accept liability for any loss, including incidental or consequential damages etc.
