When will I find out if my company has won?

The announcement of the winners will be made at the Elektra Awards on Tuesday 1 December 2009 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London.

When will I receive my invitations? 

Your invitations will be sent to you at the beginning of November for you to send onto your confirmed guests.

Who do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements? 

A form will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed.  This form must be returned by Friday 6 November, otherwise charges will apply.

How do I order drinks for my table?

Your booking fee includes half a bottle of wine and water per guest.  However, if you would like to order additional drinks in advance a form will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed. You can also order additional drinks on the night via your wine waiter.  However, you will be asked to settle the bill by credit card/cash on the night for these additional drinks.
