We are looking for young engineers who are already making a difference in the first years of their careers, or those who are still studying but showing the promise to become the innovators and leaders in electronics in the years to come. In addition to outstanding electronics engineering skills, BrightSparks demonstrate an enthusiasm to innovate and share their skills and ideas with others in and out of the workplace.

The nominee must be between 18-30 years of age and working or studying in the UK.
